I have never came across anything like this before. I was going to sign up for a hosting plan(the free one for a idea) and anyways I got to reading the TOS because I was forced to in order to get a code.
Well 110mb.com is serious about scammers. The owner/ers went out and said some stuff in there terms that is so not heard of its funny.
Here is the funny text
“Phishing of any site — especially MySpace, eBay, PayPal, Live ID and banks.
This is when, a total moron and useless garbage idiot, creates a fake company site that looks real. And tricks unsuspecting visitors to enter their username/password, in hopes of obtaining their personal info like credit card.
Generally if this is you: you’ll fortunately commit suicide from unhappiness and bad luck (within 1 year) that we’ll telepathically send over to you - the second you dare try to phish. ”
