No matter what sign you put up, what fence, rope, or barricade is there, someone will decide it doesn't apply to them. We had a girl knocked unconscious just bending over to pick up a glove putting her head directly in the path of an oncoming chair. People don't realize how dangerous things can be. So sad the boy didn't heed the posted warnings. The park had not one, but two, 6 foot fences - clearly marked with KEEP OUT signs. Also, a friend who works at Six Flags says that people (i.e. maintenance staff) are only allowed in at scheduled times at which the roller coaster is shut down because this particular ride is very dangerous to people on the ground. Also, I'm not certain, but I'm sure there are a couple of different "trains" that ride the track, so there probably isn't very much time at all between looping trains. Of course I haven't seen the set up and what if any warnings and safeguards are in place but surely it should not be possible for anyone to be able to obtain access to dangerous areas while the ride is in motion.
